WordPress Admin Disappeared after installation

    I started a fresh installation of WordPress with only three plugins activated, Limit Login attempts (installed with fresh copy of WordPress), Envato WordPress Toolkit (to install Blanco), and wp e-Commerce. I used the Envato WordPress Toolkit to install Blanco and after I did, the entire back-en admin area disappeared. A total white screen in the browser. I had to delete the theme files in cPanel and am wondering what I need to do next. Thank you for your help.

    I just deleted the Envato WordPress Toolkit and everything worked fine.
