    Please let me is it fine to upgrade to latest version of WordPress 4.5.2, currently we have 4.4.2.

    Hello,

    You can update WordPress, but also update all required plugins via FTP. Download then here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Create backup before update.
