Sorry, but we can’t say the reason for the problem without access.
That text is located in theme translation files. So, if you updated theme, synced translation you should have this string in the list of translations. You just need to translate that. In case it does not work for you then you need to provide us with Dashboard access because we can’t find the reason of the issue but screenshot only. Or provide us with your translation files at least.
