WooPress – WordPress Theme WPML Multiple Languages

Hello 8theme,

Do you have any Information, Tutorial about WPML use for the theme WooPress – WordPress Theme?

I would like to make my Website in all Languages.

Hello,

You should refer to WPML documnetation:

Also:
1) You need add “Text Domain: woopress” in the header of style.css file in the theme directory, for example

2) Before scanning strings in WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization you need tick
“Automatically use theme or plugin text domains, when gettext calls does not use a string literal.”

Hello,

You have only one WPML plugin installed – WPML Multilingual CMS, but you also need WPML String Translation, WPML Translation Management, WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML Media Translation https://wpml.org/documentation/wpml-core-and-add-on-plugins/ .

Install other plugins and you can translate the theme.

Dear Eva and Jack,

Thank you for your reply and the Link of the WPML Documentation.

I have now successfully installed and activated all the Plugins from WPML.

Now im struggling with the Plugin “WPML Media Translation”
It says: WPML Media Translation needs to set languages to existing media in your site.

Im a little confused how to set the Settings up.

Hello,

This is just a warning, not an error.
It’s shown because you have the function display_errors enabled on your server.
Ask your hosting provider to disable it and warning will be hidden.

Hello,

Default .po and .mo files are included in the theme in woopress/languages directory.
Do you need default.po and default.mo files?
