WooPress theme: only registered users reviews are counted

Hi, can u help me to resolve this issue: when I leave a comment using anonymous user this review is not counted, what changes do I need to do to repair this?

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

Try to disable the option “Comment author must have a previously approved comment” in Settings > Discussion and check reviews after that.
Also check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme too or only with our theme.
