WOOPRESS SIDEBAR NOT SHOWING UP EXACTLY AS DEMO

I have followed all instructions in the documentation. The images of the models aren’t showing up on the homepage and I can’t figure out what to do. I want an exact replica of the demo so I can move forward in changing what I need to in order for my site to look the way I want. I have a lot of WordPress experience and can’t figure out what’s wrong.

On our demo we using Essential Grid http://prntscr.com/hv13yc, how to import it you may find in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/essential_grid Also, you need to have products with images to display the page content as on demo.

Thanks Rose.

Everything is installed and activated. I have spend countless hours carefully reading the documentation and double-checking that everything has been completed.

I even uninstalled the theme and completely reinstalled it – same result.

The product images are missing and like I said, my home page is completely blank.

When your theme uses the words “import demo”, it is my assumption that when the instructions are followed, the product images and everything would automatically be imported, just like any other theme.

Is there any way someone can log into my WordPress and double check for me?

It is strange, I did not find demo products at all on your site, because of this your Home page looked blank.
I’ve created a few products http://prntscr.com/hv3zpj, you may simply change these products.
Also, I’ve changed predefined grid on your page to woopress-products. Please check your home page now.
You may also edit this hover effect http://prntscr.com/hv4g2p > http://prntscr.com/hv4g9l.

One more thing, you need to update Essential Grid plugin to latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (https://www.8theme.com/faq/ – How to update plugins included in theme?).

Thanks Rose. I updated Essential Grid. Homepage is blank again. When I go to edit homepage, select “woopress” grid, and click “Add selected grid”, nothing happens – no matter how many times I click it. The button doesn’t work. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Can you please help. I’m doing my best here and I have no clue why this isn’t working.

Looks like, that to change selected grid you need to write name of grid manually http://prntscr.com/hv559z

Write the name of the grid where? When I click on the name, it’s a drop down list of predefined grids. There’s no way to type it. I know I probably sound really dumb right now to you but I have no clue what you’re talking about. Btw, it already shows that Woopress-products is selected when you first click on edit page but the page is still blank.

I updated my product categories, and, again, my homepage is blank. I literally have not changed anything but the category names. Could you assist me? Thanks.

Homepage is still blank. Essential Grid plugin has all the correct settings. Nothing has been changed. Can I please get some help?

If you changed categories you need to change also Source for grid http://prntscr.com/hvg1jf that you use on page. Please check your Home page now.
