Woopress Product "Add Page Element" not working

    Hi,

    When I try to add a page element(Accordion menu) the window pops up but when I press the SAVE button the page just gets stuck on the rotatin loading page. I tried re-intalling the theme and all the plugins but it’s still doing it. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    What is the WP password?
    Also provide FTP credentials.

    I think the password was taken out since it contains different characters. Im including it again on the private section.

    Could you please show a screenshot where you’re adding the element “Accordion menu”. Is it additional plugin?
