Hi Support
I have a fatal issue with Woopress, which means I have to use a different theme, based on the use of a Booking and appointment plugin. The idea is to book a Detox Plan, starting with a dropdown menu to select one of 5 plans (from 3-14 days) all with individual prices – which make this a variable product within the Booking and Appointment Plugin from Tyche Softwares. You then chose a date and are then able to checkout.
I have tested the plugin with other themes (currently using Storefront) and these allow ‘variable products’ items to add to cart – when Woopress not in use. I think this may be to do with the pop-up which appears once you click ‘add to basket’ on the product pages. Can this be turned off? Perhaps this will then allow me to keep using Woopress?
This ‘not adding to cart’ only seems to affect variable products and not single products, which are set at a single price.
