  As with almost all sites, we use the Yoast SEO plugin, however we have noticed that on our site the meta details are being ignored, when looking further into the source code there is this code in the header, this appears to be generated by the theme, but I need to remove it

  Where do I look or which part in the header can I remove, this is blocking all Yoasts details

  Hello,

  You can remove or comment the code in the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php in lines 1263-1267.

  Many thanks Jack, would be worth pushing this idea as a switched option maybe for future releases, not aware of anyone who doesn’t use an SEO plugin

  But thanks for you help, and more importantly thanks for not just asking for the URL 🙂
