Woopress Kids – Bad mobile user experience – Big Problem

    Hello,

    Yesterday our webshop is online and I noticed a lot of problems withe mobile users!
    The bouncepercentage of this group is very hight. Around 40%.
    If I use my cellphone I experience the same problem and bounced from the site directly. My cellphone turned explorer off.

    Hope you can help me to solve this big problem.

    You can try http://www.speelgoedfontein.com with your mobilephone and see whats happening.
    I’ve got a bounce percentage of 34% until now for today. That’s a lot. Most of my customer access the website via mobile.

    Next to that I’ve got another problem with Woopress version 2.2. At the homepage the layout of ‘new products / featured’ is how it should be. Can you check that also? I will make a screenshot of it from my testserver.

    Hello Eva,

    When I try to place a product in the shopping cart or when I want to remove a product in the shopping cart my smartphone stops the internet and then I can start over again.

    Hereby the credentials.

    I tested myself the iphone ios 8.4, andriod phone latest version and the windows phone latest version. The problem lies with the windows phone. Is this a known problem?

    We’ll fix the issue with tabs in the next theme update.
    Meanwhile you can use this code in custom css:

    Sorry, but for now we can’t tell you the exact date of the new theme release. Our developers are working on it. It may be produced in a week or 2.

    Hello Eva,

    There are still many bad experiences from mobiele users. Response time from website is to slow. Bad experience from iOS, Android and Windows phone users. Please can you solve this?

    I tried myself your demo woopress site with my Windows phone and that doesn’t work either. When i try to visit your demo woopress site my Windows phone stops and exit the explorer.
