Hello,

I am trying to process the product brand which I assign in woocommcerce as shortcode. Can you guys assist me in pointing out what should I be using?

I tried [brands], [attribute_brands] but none seem to work.

Help really appreciated.

Hello,

There is no brands shortcode in the theme. If you want to show brands on a page you can use element “Brands” in Visual Composer editor.

https://docs.woothemes.com/document/wc-brands/ — It does have a shortcode. I assume you guys are using this paid plugin. If you scroll in the middle, it says [product_brand] should work. However, it isn’t.

Can one of your developer help me figure how I can retrieve a product’s brand title from the values assigned via this plugin? Perhaps a small coded file is all it might take.

Hello,

In our theme we don’t use Woocommerce Brands plugin, our developers created our own Brands option.
Are you using our default Brands feature or you installed Woocommerce Brands plugin?

I am using woopress’s default brand plugin. In any case, can a developer help me figure how to retrieve a product’s brand title from the values assigned via this custom plugin? The value is obviously stored in Database, hence mapping a shortcode should be an achievable task.
