  Hi, I have purchased your theme and am having very big difficulties in finding any support. I am having a problem with the woocommerce plugin regarding layout issues with your theme and have a system analysis in wordpress that shows a few templates that need updating. Can you PLEASE give me some support or contact in the matter. Thank you for your support. Brett

  Hi Eva,
  Thanks for responce. Layout issues are on the product pages. The thumbnails are not showing correctly. Instead of one thumbnail of the featured image it is showing a gallery thumbnail above. This is for all products. I have switched themes to see what would happen and the layout is correct. I still want to use Royal and have this fixed though.

  Hello,

  Some plugin is causing the issue.
  Disable them one by one to find it out.
  Also you’re using old versions of the plugins. Please update them https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
