WooCoomerce log full of fatal errors about theme and sales booster

    Hi there!

    I’m having an issue with the WooCommerce activity log on the dashbord (it’s showing nothing but I have orders) and that’s how I found out that the WooCommerce logs are full of fatal errors. Here is the latest one: https://prnt.sc/SzPngX_IErTJ

    I’ve added login info, could you please take a look?

    Hello Anastasia,

    Unfortunately, the access credentials to your admin panel are no longer valid, and the FTP access leads to an empty directory. Therefore, we are sending you the file that needs to be replaced. You can find the link to the file in the private content section.

    wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/features/woocommerce/cart-checkout.php

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for the fast reply. I haven’t changed the passwords, I don’t know why you can’t get in. I’m sending a new pass for the website, maybe try with it? (fyi my hosting company is blocking access from Vietnam, if you’re located there I’ll need your IP for whitelisting.)

    I have added the file but I’m not sure how to proceed. Just let me know.

    After you have replaced the file, no further action is required. The issue should no longer occur. You only need to monitor the error log.

    Hey,

    Quick update – this error hasn’t been triggered since the update of the file. Thanks!

    However, I do still get Unsuccessful planned actions and the woocommerce analytics on the dashboard don’t work. I tried every recommendation I found online but nothing really worked? Can you recommend something?

    First of all, we recommend that you update all your plugins. At the moment, you have 11 outdated plugins. After updating them, please disable any third-party plugins and check whether one of them might be causing the issue.
