[woocommerce_my_account] Not showing the address details

Hi,

I have a “my-account” page setup with the shortcode [woocommerce_my_account].
However, the account page is missing the previous orders and / or the addresses.

How do I get the dashboard back?

Thank you for your reply.
However, I am not talking about the navigation itself.
As you can see on my screenshot, I have the navigation in place. In fact, if I delete the code as explained, I will end up with no navigation whatsoever.

My issue is that the “http://shop_url/my-account/” is empty and only shows the default text.
Normally there would be the “Your Addresses” under that text but it is missing since I have updated to your latest theme.

Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.
Woocommerce changed this page template https://prnt.sc/fdove8 (Storefront theme – official WC).

So this has been changed in Woocommerce latest version?
How do I get the Account Dashboard like in your legenda samples? Downgrade Woocommerce?

Yes, it has been changed.
Your query requires additional customization which is beyond our basic support scope. You can send your request to customization service here.
I do not recommend you downgrade WC version because it can cause problems on the site.

Hi Rose,

I understand that this has been changed in WC but when I use your demos on https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda and create an account and log in I see this:

However, if I use your template on my side the “MY ADDRESS”, “BILLING ADDRESS”, “SHIPPING ADDRESS” is missing. Can you please explain how this request requires customisation beyond the scope of the support service here when it is clearly shown on your demo? I would assume I could easy reproduce your demo on my store with your template.

Hello,

Our demo is using the older plugin version. Thank you for the notice. I will send the request to our developers.
This page inherits standard woocommerce layout, so if you can see the same with Storefront theme, it is not related to our theme. Sorry for the inconvenience.
