Hi, I’ve recently has notification that both WooCommerce and Visual composer were due updates, I updated Woocommerce and download and installed the latest version of VC 4.8.1 up from 4.8.0 from your site, but I’m still being told there is an update. Also, the main reason for my ticket is every time I try and edit a variable product, all I get is the loading icon?

    Any clues?

    Thanks

As I see product editor is working properly.
Please show a screenshot of the issue.

    Thank you.

Hi, if you log in and search for a vriable product called “Candy Cone” or any other variable product and try to load the variations, it simply doesn’t load. You get the usual spinning icon and thats it.

    See https://www.thelittlethings.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Loading.jpg

    Thanks
    Pete

    Hello,

The problem with variable product editor was caused by cache plugin you are using, as after I deactivated it the mentioned section opened without any errors http://prntscr.com/93s0wj
