Hi, I’ve got a question that I’m tearing my hair out about, please help!

I’ve got one website that I use xstore and the product page gallery looks great, like this:
    http://jemshairdesign.com/product/ghd-ceramic-vented-radial-brush-size-3/

I’m making a new website using xstore and I want the product image and gallery to appear the same (with the zoom, drag-to-scroll thing and nice neat ghosted out thumbnails underneath. I’ve crossed checked the theme options so see what I’m missing but this is what I’m getting:
    http://staging.acedigitaldesign.com/pbt-new/courses/test-product/

I cannot for the life of me figure out why?! The only difference I can see is the product thumbnails and the left/right layout. Both of which I have updated and regenerated thumbnails but to non avail.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

    Many thanks

    Richard

PS also, when you click on the images, they don’t open in ajax or what ever it is and you aren’t able to go left or right. And to go back, clicking off, somewhere on the black doesn’t close the window, you actually have to click the back button….

so bizarre though I’m sure I’m overlooking a simple checkbox somewhere!

    Many thanks,

    Richard

    Hello,

Seems you made changes in template files because I have updated theme by default files and everything is ok. Border around images was added by you as I can see.

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Thanks for resolving this. In terms of the template files, when I installed the theme and woocommerce etc, Woocommerce was flagging 2 files as red – that it said were out of date and needed updating. So i followed through their instructions to green light them which it did.

Nevertheless, the issue is solved and I am incredibly grateful. Fantastic theme and fantastic support, really appreciate it!

    Thanks!

    Richard
