I have been updating templates due to the warnings below: and also updated woocommerce plugin to 3.3.1
I realise that wootheme has a woocommerce folder aswell and the versions were showing as being old, so I downloaded the woocommerce 3.3.1 version folder to wootheme after naming the old folder to woocommerceOLD just in case.
The version warning errors disappeared from woocommerce/status but the product view is all upside down and with the menu nav showing on the left and the header showing as a footer with scrollable bottom panel. Here is a Screenshot:
So I switched back to the OLD woocommerce folder and things look ok again, see here:

Also, since adding SSL / https:// to the site, there are fonts and other resources loading as 27 instances of mixed content(http://) , which compromises the Secure status, would you know where these are located? some are fonts and also social icons and a circle svg file from the theme: I have corrected every http to https in the style sheet and everywhere I can find.
