The XStore theme has built in tabs for Woocommerce that generate an HTML structure that’s different from standard woocommerce. This has created an incompatibility with third party plugins that assume Woocommerce’s class structure for single product-page tabs. This means that using Woocommerce tabs plugins like Woocommerce Tabs Pro from CodeCanyon (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-tabs-pro-extra-tabs-for-product-page/8218941) do not work with this theme.

When using this component, clicking on a tab on a single product page, the content does not change. This is because the third party component can’t find the right div tags to enable and disable. It ends up throwing a jquery error that it can’t find the right tag. Changing the theme away from XStore to a standard WP theme that uses the default woocommerce classes, works.

We need a way to either:
    – Make the theme compatible with Woocommerce Tabs Pro

    OR

    – Disable the built in tabs for the theme so that the module uses the default woocommerce class names for tabs

We found a crude workaround to get the tabs component working by going into the theme folder and renaming the woocommerce/single-product/tabs folder, but then there is no tabs styling and the tabs have bullet points. This also required editing the parent theme and not the child theme.

We like the tabs styling in the theme, but want to be able to use the third party tabs component Woocommerce Tabs Pro without having to manually do all the tab styling or edit the parent theme.

    Your assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello,

Provide, please, temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site. We’ll check what classes are missing and will try to add compatibility with this additional plugin.

    Regards

    Hello,

We have fixed the problem in your child theme. Check, please.
