  Hi,
  Sorting works for the products when I drag and drop. However, the sorting in Product Categories does not. It forces an alphabetical order and ignores my setup.
  I have “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)” enabled in the settings. There must be a way to custom sort the categories.

  Hello,

  Go to Appearance > Widgets and drag “Woocommerce Product Categories” widget into Shop Sidebar area and select order type there.
