Woocommerce Shop/Product pages edits - by websol

Dear support.

I am currently creating a site using woocommerce and your catalog feature.

I have a few questions please regarding my products pages:

SHOP PAGE:

1) On the main shop page the alignment is off, the very top of the products are lower than the left sidebar.

2) The products on hover look odd, it just shows a small window with a heart – I want to remove wishlist as it is just a catalog. Is there anyway in just having the heart switch to something like ‘VIEW PRODUCT’ / an arrow or something??

3) Anyway to edit the sort drop down so I can remove ‘sort by price’ – as there are no prices.

INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGES:

1) Weird space at the top between title and description. How can I reduce this? the css I tried failed.

2) Wishlist / email a friend – how can I remove please? again the css I used failed.

Hello,

Shop page:
1. Please add this code in Global Custom CSS:

.category-description { margin-bottom: 0px; }

2. Sorry, but there is no such option. If you don’t want to use Wishlist then disable the plugin.

INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGES:
1. Try to use this code in Custom CSS for desktop:

.product-information .short-description { margin-top: -50px; }

2. Add the following code in Global Custom CSS:

.product-information .yith-wcwl-add-to-wishlist, .product-information .email-link { display: none; }

Thank you very much, I have implmented all of the changes. 🙂

I am just stuck with the hover state on products, under my theme settings I have the ‘quick view’ disabled, and the hover state of products is set as ‘mask with info’

It is not working correctly, as right now it still brings up a quick view bar (albeit no icon).. but if you look at ‘related products’ you can see the hover state working.

I just want the ‘quick view’ completely gone (so not small bar on hover of products) and instead for a simple hover state as per the ‘related products area’ whih you can see on the bottom of this page:

Right now it looks weird hovering all the products in the shop section: http://magnum-pharmaceuticals.siamprintingsolutions.com/products/

No file changes have been made.

I hope I am making sense with my issue? – so I want to remove quick view, that sliding panel on the bottom of products when hovering. And I want to make the ‘mask with info’ actually work on product hover (right now it works on ‘related products’ only, under an individual product page)

so remove this:

That is the opposite way round!

so remove this:

My apologies.

I have just created a new 8theme FTP acc, the site I am building this on is on a subdomain – as it will migrate once ready to a new destination. But with this FTP I just gave access to this subdomain only, think this is all you need?

Hello,

Please add this code in Global Custom CSS:

.footer-product { display: none; }

“Mask with Information” option will work only for 3 products per row. So I’ve changed the number in Theme Options > Products Page Layout.

Please check now.
