    Hello,

I’ve had to disable all my plugins to troubleshoot what is going wrong with my site.

Each time I activate woocommerce 2.5.5 plugin I can’t view the site. The View Shop button as well isn’t activated.

    I have WordPress 4.5.1 running LEGENDA 2.11 – 8theme WordPress theme

I already have had to purchase direct copies of Visual Composer and Revolution Slider to receive updates which is frustrating as these were supposed to be included in the theme.

Please help as I can’t work on the shop if my client can’t view it nor can I see the site if I activate woocommerce plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, so it’s not related to the theme.
Contact your hosting provider support to check error logs, perhaps some configuration is causing this.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello Jack,

Please see below my email to hosting; we are waiting on specific security settings that may involve the themes custom preferences for the hosting. Please respond asap.

    Hello Renee,

    Thank you for your email.

We referred your case to our technical specialist and they tried troubleshooting this case and we cannot pin point where the problem as the error that was replicated is a redirection issue inside your WordPress website.

If your theme/plugin provider insists that it is a server issue, please have them check there are specific settings on the server that needs to be setup so that we can go ahead and have it do it on our end.

    Regards,

    Hello,

I’ve recently built a site which had a number of DNS issues, which have now been resolved.

However, I have been unable to activate Woo-commerce in my theme’s plugin without a PAGE ERROR occuring.

I am unable to work on my clients shop site, so this query has been investigated by the theme developer and tested – it’s apparently a hosting error problem, not the theme or version compatibility.

Can you please read my query thread below, and then please find all login details below to confirm a diagnosis.

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-shop-plugin-conflict/#post-124446

WORDPRESS LOGIN – if you activate woocommerce plugin you will see the error when clicking on SHOP.

    http://www.shopatchristines.com/wp-login.php
    UN xxxx
    PW xxxx
    Web-site: http://www.shopatchristines.com

    HOSTING FTP LOGIN

    http://ftp.shopatchristines.com
    UN xxxx
    PW xxxx
    Web-site: http://www.shopatchristines.com

    As a last resort:
There is another site that previously existed before I transferred the domain name to crazy and purchased hosting – I’m unsure if this redirect is causing problems or if it’s insignificant. Please advise if this could be a factor. I have to find a solution. This blog I do not have access to, however the DNS main domain preference has been unchecked. Should this be an issue?

Attention to this matter is imperative to the functionality of this site. I look forward to finding a solution asap.

    Thank you team.
    Renée.

    Jack,

How is it POSSIBLE that I mentioned I was running Legenda 2.11 and I’ve re-dowloaded it as I’ve had to re-do the entire website and as of 8 days ago the latest version is 3.0?

The attention to detail is lacking here. I am about re REBUILD this site and as a RETAIL E-COMMERCE theme, I am expecting much more, otherwise I will be expecting a full refund.

    Have a great day.
