"Woocommerce Recent Products" element not showing translation of product

    I’m using WPML with woopress to have both english and japanese on the site.
    When I add the “Woocommerce Recent Products” element in Visual Composer everything looks good in preview mode ( the product name is translated properly ), after i’ve updated the page and then views it again, the product name isn’t translated.
    How can I solve this?

    Yes I did. I could give you access to the development site as I don’t have authorization to add accounts on the live site. So in order to change it on the live site I need to know how to solve it by myself. So I would appreciate if you could guide me on howto solve this.

    Please provide us with wp-admin access to the development site to be able to check the issue.
    We can’t tell you the reason of the problem just looking at the site.

    Hello,

    By default Recent Products element loads products for English languages. In this case we recommend you to use “Products” element http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/1124/h_1448367924_3686617_b94a76e8b1.png and write IDs for your Japanese products.

    But if you view the page on “preview” it works.. so i dont think that is the case?

    Since WPML with Woocommerce use the same ID for the product even if it is in another language your solution won’t work, already tried.

    Hello,

    Please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . If the issue still persists after that, provide us with FTP credentials.

    I’ve been very busy lately so thats why I’m answering so late.

    I still have this problem, and also with Recent Posts not being translated.
    I tried with the standard theme then the products were translated and the recent posts. So there problem is with Woopress. Could you help me with this problem please?

    Yes, please, create FTP account for us and give us full permissions to wp-admin panel to be able to view dashboard settings and not only “My Account” page.

    The problem is related to Revolution Slider plugin. Try to deactivate it and check the site.
