Woocommerce product reviews moderation and publication

Hello,

I have an issue with the theme, on the products reviews…
I set up the woocommerce settings to display product reviews, and on WordPress settings I specifically asked on “Settings – Discussion” that the reviews have to be manually approved BEFORE publication.

This method works completely fine on other themes (I tested it) but with Xstore I don’t know why, but the reviews are automatically published, so there is no moderation and it’s a real problem for my client…

I send you access in the private content area, you can test with the client account “Clem” that I created if you want (on the Users menu, just click on “log in as”). As I set up the reviews to be authorized only for purchased products, you can try with this product that I bought “for fake” (https://www.la-patte-angevine.fr/produit/chats/alimentation-chats/snack-tendres-bouchees-calme/, you’ll be able to access it once logged in).

Hello, Enjin,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please go to Appearance > Themes > add theme > install and activate Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) and check how it works then. Record a video for us.

Hello Rose,

I tried with Storefront and noticed it wasn’t working either (it was on another website though). So clearly it doesn’t come from your theme, it seems to come from our security plugin, I’ll dig into that.
Sorry for the bother 🙂

One last question, my client asked me what happens if she has a lot of reviews, is there a pagination ? Did you implement something like this ?
