I have a problem with Woocommerce, it doesn’t show in the menu home (only white screen) and extensions (Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.). And immediately upon installing the theme.
When displaying individual products, it often happens that the same product is displayed 2-3 times, one below the other.
I have the same theme for another domain on the same server, it works without problems.

    Please, contact administrator

As I wrote. When I want to open WooCommerce Home (Startseite) a completely blank screen comes up, when I want to open extensions (erweiterungen) the message “Unfortunately, you are not allowed to access this page (Sie dürfen leider nicht auf diese Seite griefven.)” (photo) comes up.

    Please contact administrator

Unbelievably, I was unable to open the correct WooCommerce. Changed the browser and everything works. All the time, Google Chrome caused all the problems. Thank you very much.

    Hello, @Dexxi,

    Thank you for your response.

It can be a cache of the Chrome browser, an additional extension for the browser or you need to update the browser.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
