Woocommerce points and rewards hook missing

A previous customer has already mentioned this but the post didn’t provide any actionable results.

I have purchased your theme but notice that some of the woocommerce hooks maybe missing. I have purchased the woocommerce points and rewards plugin and installed it on my website but the message that is supposed to be display on the individual product pages is missing. It is giving the message on the basket and checkout just fine but not the single product page like it’s meant to. Please could you help me with this?

Please could you either post on here for others to see or email me with the code I need to enter, on which php file and exactley where within the file for the woocommerce points and rewards plugin to work correctly.

Hello,

If there are compatibility problems with the plugin and our theme for the reasons some woocommerce hooks are missing, and the plugin developer notifies you about it, then please clarify what hooks are missing and we’ll add them to our theme.

I don’t entirely see why it is for me or woothemes to offer you the solution to the fact that your theme is missing particular woocommerce hooks but I will give you the direction they have given me.

apply_filters( ‘wc_points_rewards_single_product_message’, $message ); — Use this to modify the message displayed on the single product page.

If you don’t feel that you are able to provide a fix to this issue could I kindly ask that you refund me for the amount I paid for your theme as I will need to go ahead and buy another theme.

The filter you provided doesn’t belong to the standard woocommerce hooks, but we can add it for you.
Please provide us with the FTP access in Private Content.

Hello,

We’ve added the filter. Please check and keep the file legenda/woocommerce/content-single-product.php unchanged as we’ve edited it.
Also change the settings for Wishlist in Woocommerce > Settings > Wishlist and choose “Use shortcode” for Position option as the wishlist is displayed twice on your site.
