Hi, Running Legenda 2.1 and WordPress 3.9. When updating from woocommerce 2.1.5 to woocommerce 2.1.8, woocommerce dissapeared from the plugin list in admin panel and no products is shown on the webpage. Please, help! Regards Kim.

    Hello,

Please create a database and theme files backup. Delete the woocommerce folder, then upload it again on the plugin folder via FTP. Try to activate the woocommerce plugin again.
If the problem persists provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,
I have tried but cannot seem to get it to work. Updating to woocommerce 2.1.8 made everything in the woocommerce plugin folder disappear. I have therefore installed 2.1.7.
For some reason the woocommerce plugin appears two times in the plugin folder.
I think the page is also running really slow. When activating the aelia woocommerce currency switcher it does not appear in the widget list as it used to. The visual composer is also not working as it should. Think I have some issues here I really need help to resolve.
    Kind regards
    Kim

    Hello,

There is a bug with VC in our theme which will be fixed in the next update. We’re very sorry for this.
According to Woocommerce plugin, do you have the same problem with the default theme too?
If so, then you have to contact woocommerce support as we provide help only to the issues strictly related to our theme.
    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,
Have you had a look at the issue using the login information I provided?
Reading the comments on themeforest discussion regarding Legenda, “yandao” asked if it was compatible with woocommerce 2.1.8, and the reply from 8theme was: yes, our theme is compatible with the latest woocommerce version. It clearly wasn´t. When I updated the woocommerce everything inside the woocommerce folder was lost.
I would appreciate if you could have a look at the issues I have described.
    Kind regards
    Kim

    Hello,

As I see you’re using Legenda version 1.0.0. Now we’ve already got the latest version 2.1. We recommend you to update the theme to the latest version but don’t forget to create a backup of the files and database. Please do this and let us know if the issue persists after update.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,
It is the child theme I have just called 1.0.0. I have updated the Legenda theme to 2.1 about one week ago. The issues are still the same as described before.

    Hello,
Please, enable default theme, update your WooCommerce plugin to version 2.1.8 and in your wp-content/plugins folder should be only one woocommerce folder and only one woocommerce plugin in backend, after that activate our theme.
Then reply back with list of issues that will be present after this actions.

    Regards,
    Olga Barlow

    Hello,
1.Woocoomerce 2.1.8 is installed. When activating the Legenda child theme again i get this notice about woocommerce and pages like cart and checkout won´t display, just the 404-page shows up. Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details. Please help me with this.
    2. The portfolio in your theme turned out messy after the first Legenda update about a month ago. It first looked good, but not now -> http://www.jumina-shop.com/portfolio/ Please help with this.
    Thank you
    Regards
    Kim

    Hello,

    The error has fixed.
As I see you haven’t set pages for Cart and Checkout in admin panel > Woocommerce > Settings > “Checkout” tab > “Checkout Pages” block.

There is a bug with the link of portfolio page. It should be named something else but not “portfolio”.
I’ve changed the link to your portfolio page to http://www.jumina-shop.com/our-portfolio/
    Please check the site now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

When you are logged in to the site please have a look at the woocommerce – system status. Could it have something to do with the “Template overrides” listed at the bottom of the system status page?
    Kind regards

You inserted the wrong code into Checkout page. It should be [woocommerce_checkout] .
    Please check it now.

    Thank you Eva!
The same happens on the My account page, it only shows a 404-page. Will try to fix this myself.
What about my question earlier: When you are logged in to the site please have a look at the woocommerce – system status. Could it have something to do with the “Template overrides” listed at the bottom of the system status page?
Shall i copy the files listed from the woocommerce plugin and paste them into where they belong under /wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce ?

Could you advise me how to do the update the next time, so i don´t have to do this all over again?
    Thank you again!
    Kind regards
    Kim

    Hello,

You had removed “My Account” page which is used to redirect users to when Sign in button clicked.
I’ve restored this page and the link is working fine now. Please check.
