Hello, after a long discussion with WooThemes they finally found out, that the issue that i have with one of their plugin causes because of the Themefiles (LEGENDA)

This is the plugin i mean http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-finder/

    THE ISSUE:
Once i activate the plugin, the entire widget area disappears – SEE SCREENSHOT http://awesomescreenshot.com/0614ghhp57

Please help me to fix this IMMEDIATELY as i have to provide the project to the client.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

The credentials are incorrect. We can’t log in to wp-admin panel.
Please check them and provide us with FTP login details as well.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Please try this login

I am not allowed to give the FTP or Cpanel login, instead – if you can not fix it on the WP admin you can tell me what to fix on the file

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we need FTP credentials to enable debug mode and check error logs. Or you can ask your host to check error logs to find out what is causing the issue.
Also please ask Woocommerce team to provide more details concerning this issue. Did they tell you what elements in the theme prevents plugin from working?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

My client just created an FTP account for you

Woothemes is not able to give me the information you asked for but assured me it has to be with the Theme files!!

Please check that and fix it

Here again the plugin that has the conflict WooCommerce Product Finder (currently not activated)

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please give us access to all site files where we can check error logs as we need to know what is causing the issue. Or ask your host to check the logs to find an error.
Could you please ask Woocommerce team once more how they found that the problem is with the theme? Did they see any logs or any files that caused the issue?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

AS this has to do with your Theme and the plugin you do not need more access than those folders. There is no Error Log as i already asked. Please fix this asap.

    Hello,

Please give us access to the folder where all WordPress files of the site are located.
We need enable debug mode to find out what is causing the issue.
Please take our apologies but without debugging we can’t guess what a problem may be.
We won’t remove or change any of your files. Please don’t worry.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

The problem is that a lot of other sites are located on that server! So i ask you to be careful!!!!

I will keep a log-file and track the access on FTP

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    There was an error:
Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method WooCommerce_Product_Finder_Admin::init() should not be called statically
I’ve fixed it but widgets aren’t shown. So, I’ve deactivated other plugins and activated default WordPress theme. The problem was present there too. So the issue isn’t caused by our theme, but the plugin WooCommerce Product Finder. You can check it yourself. Change the theme to the default WordPress one and you’ll see the problem with widgets persists there as well.
So you have to contact Woocommerce support team to investigate the issue. Tell them to check the plugin with default theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
