Woocommerce Out-of-Stock Errors - by jbuchheit

    We installed the newest version of the Royal theme and afterwards, there are several items that are now showing up as out-of-stock and even when I enter quantity and select allow back ordering the products do not want to update the inventory status….basically we can not sell these products….Please let me know how to fix this issue as these are key products in our inventory.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version – 3.0.2.1 https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
    and check plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
    Please try to activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, problem appears only with our theme try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins).
    Provide wp-admin access in Private Content so we could check products on the site.
