    Hello, Ecompro34,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To better assist you with the slow order loading issue you’ve encountered, we kindly ask that you capture a video demonstrating the problem. Once recorded, please upload the video to a file-sharing service, such as https://wetransfer.com/, and share the link with us in the Private Content area provided for secure communication.

Furthermore, we would like to request temporary administrative access to your website’s wp-admin and FTP to perform the necessary support and maintenance tasks. To facilitate this, please create a new user account with administrative privileges in your WordPress Dashboard and securely provide the login credentials through the Private Content section.

For FTP access, we require the following information: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and the type of FTP encryption being used. Should you need assistance in obtaining these details, we recommend contacting your hosting provider for guidance.

Please be assured that we treat all provided credentials with the highest level of confidentiality and care.

We are grateful for your cooperation and look forward to resolving the issue promptly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @ecompro34,

We hope this message finds you well.

To resolve the current issue, we recommend uploading a fresh copy of the XStore theme to your server. Please place the new theme directory, named “xstore-new” within the wp-content/themes/ directory of your WordPress installation. Subsequently, you should rename the existing “xstore” directory to “xstore-old” and then rename “xstore-new” to “xstore”

Should you encounter any difficulties with this process, please rest assured that we are here to assist you. To facilitate our support, we kindly request that you create a staging environment by cloning the most recent version of your live site. This will allow us to address the issues without affecting your live operations. Once the necessary fixes have been applied, you may then proceed to migrate the staging site back to the live environment.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you further.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
