We launched our site yesterday. Made a few tests beforehand and everything seemed to work fine. We received our first order and it seems that the customer got charge 2x VAT. The checkout process worked fine on our website as far as I can see (price was shown including tax and being correct). Will include the LOG below.

    Thanks,
    George

    Hello,

You need check Woocommerce settings in wp-admin panel > Woocommerce > Settings > Tax.
Also check if the same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ .

As far as I can see and tests I made the amounts were correctly deducted. Will wait and see more orders coming through and report back.

Issue has been solved. We had the VAT enabled in PayPal. Turning it off made it work ok.

    Please close ticket.
