WooCommerce notification emails not sending

    Hi,

    I have problem with WooCommerce notification emails in your lastest version Xstore v5.1.1

    I’ll explain:
    When i use just any WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin (etc. plugin by Lucas Stark or by Musilek) the order will not be sent … i mean notifications email of a new order for the customer and for the business owner …

    The “new order” is visible “only” in the WooCommerce Order administration on backend website …

    I tested both plugins with the version Xstore 4.x, it works without any problems …

    Hello,

    Please check how this works with default WC theme – Storefront. Let us know the result.
    Also, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, describe in details what should be done to recreate the problem. We will check what can be done to help you.
    We are theme support and we can help you with issues related strictly to our theme, we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope.

    I tested it with the Porto theme – all discounts work, emails are sent

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    Our theme inherits the functionality of WooCommerce plugin so such tests should be done with Storefront theme.

    Hi,
    I tested my eshop in detail, plugin Dynamic Pricing does not have anything in common, it is turned off … (I thought by mistake that orders stopped sending after the plugin was enabled)

    Here’s a detailed description of the bug:

    1. When I use the shipping method “Courier (Flat rate)” and payment method “Direct bank transfer” – everything is fine and the order is sent

    2. When I use the shipping method “Courier (Flat rate)” and payment method “Cash on delivery (COD)” = problem, the order is not sent

    Test with “Storefront” on website: http://woo.renad.sk – Both of these methods work

    Hi,
    Problem was localized !

    This plugin has caused problems:

    Plugin provides online automatic invoice generation.
    My customer must first create an account on Superfacture – and then set up the plugin correctly.
