Woocommerce Layered Nav does not show up

Hi, I set up attributes to all products.
But it shows them correctly for some shop page, but not properly in some of shop pages.

Please refer to the attached image below, this is how my woocommerce layered nav was set up in widget area.

It works correctly in this shop page.

But it does not in this shop page.

As you can see, we can only see the “Skin Type”, but I definitely added some other attributes to all products, just like the same as I did.

Hoping you can help me to fix this issue.

Hi Robert,

I am afraid that I wasn’t clear enough for the issue.
I didn’t seperately create two different shop pages, those shop pages are default pages just sorted by brands, so they should be showing shop sidebar widget correctly.

If you click “BRANDS”, and navigate to “Laneige” section, woocommere layered nav option I set up for shop page, is just working fine.

But I click “ATRUE”, which is another brand, woocommerce layered nav option are not applied in proper way – Some of values does not show up.

Basically every other brands show woocommerce layered nav value correctly as being set up in shop sidebar widget, except for ATRUE and MIOGGI brands, which I recently added.

Which makes me think that those pages (ATRUE, MIOGGI) do not accept shop sidebar widget correctly.

As I see you’re using old Woocommerce version.
Please update it as well as WordPress version and the theme.
Don’t forget to create a back up of the files and database before update.

I just fixed the issue by updating wordpress, woocommerce, and legenda them 🙂
