Hi, recently my client doesn’t receive order confirmations from woocommerce any more. I checked, and the notification settings are still correct. Where else can I check?

Please update Woocommerce to the latest version as I told you in the previous topic.
Also check Spam folder in your mail client.

Thank you, we had already checked the spam filters, she said there wasn’t anything in there. I now backed up the website and updated woocommerce and we will see with the next incoming order what will happen. Many thanks!
