Hi! i don’t know how to show all image with same size, in home shop page. I need you all thumbnails measure the same. Width by height example all 300 x 300 px
this is like now are showing in my page: http://uploadpie.com/Dlsc3
look that every image have different height

Hello,

Did you tried to set image size in Dashboard->WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Display?
After this step you need to regenerate your thumbnails via Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

Dashboard->WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Display? i set 190x 190. but still see in different size. this work only withs this plugging? Regenerate Thumbnails

or is there any option to set all thumbs in same size? thanks!

Hello,

Your images are different is sizes.
Some of them are too small that’s why product images differ. You need upload original pictures in higher resolution or try to use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:
```
.product-content-image img {
   height: 270px;
}
```
Please note in this case some images may be distorted because of small original sizes.

look i have to update woo commerce, but there is a sign:

2.5.0 is a major update so it is important that you make backups, and ensure themes and extensions are 2.5 compatible. Developers should catch up with the development blog to see what has been happening in core.

i would like to know is is safe update? i don’t like loose all the product loaded. thanks!

Hello,

You need also update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi Eva, i have installed last version(themes and woo commerce), but now i have serious problems with themes options, everytime i make a change i can´t save it, get blank page. this could be a wrong installations?

I’ve added this code in wp-config.php file define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );. Clear browser cache and check your dashboard now.
