    Hello. On the main page https://andrejkoepta.com/, where the product grid is, when I select options (color / size) image doesn’t changes. When I apply the 300×300 size – everything is good, the but images are blur.

    Also, if I select quick view, everything is fine with the options there. Regardless of the size

    I need to fix it ASAP.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
    Let’s answer questions one by one:
    1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, then check. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    2/ When I apply the 300×300 size – everything is good, the but images are blur. – do you mean images change depending on color selected when this size is applied? If so, try to regenerate thumbnails using plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
    Let us know results.

    Regards

    You misunderstand me. I’ll try to explain again

    On the main page, I use Xstore elementor widget (depreceated) – “products”.

    There I use Grid with products. When I choose woocommerce image size – 300×300. All options below ( https://prnt.sc/wSt1AWkAVIjd ) work. I press (for example) red color, size XL and the picture changes to a red t-shirt. Or I press blue color, size L and the picture changes to a blue t-shirt . !!BUT!! I use 3 columns. All pictures are a bit blur.

    When I choose woocommerce image size 600×0. All options below doesnt’ work. I press red color, size XL and the picture doesn’t change to a red t-shirt. Options doesn’t work!!! But the pictures are of good quality..

    I think this is a bug in your widget. So, how to fix it? The customer is waiting. I lose money.

    Hello,

    Follow next steps:
    1/ Replace the outdated element with the new Products grid element.
    2/ Set image size in settings of that element – https://prnt.sc/RZ6TVPg-3GgR
    3/ Regenerate thumbnails using the plugin.
    Let us know the result.

    Why do you want to use the (deprecated) – “products” element? We would recommend you use “Products grid” element.
    Doesn’t help – yes, because you did not do 1 and 2 steps, please do them one by one.

    Regards

    and again… You misunderstand me!!!

    I want options below!!!!!

    (deprecated) – “products” element – https://prnt.sc/WdDdZpY38LDn I HAVE those options (colors)

    new Products grid element – https://prnt.sc/tdoDQem1PYXB I DON”T have those options. Is it clear now?

    almost all your demos come with (deprecated) – “products” element. That’s why I bought your theme.

    What for?

    You can’t create the new grid with products and attributes on your virtual server? Just create the new grid with products. Make attributes, variations. And write please, how to make options visible. Like on the picture – https://prnt.sc/WdDdZpY38LDn
    I showed you everything.
    I explained everything to you.

    Give me a solution or admit that this is an oversight on your part. I need a solution ASAP, my costumer is waiting.

    Hello,

    Sorry for misunderstanding you from the first posts, so let’s try to figure it out.
    1/ You want to keep the image size as you have (any size you want)
    2/ But you don’t want to make images stretch (blurred if size of image is smaller than it could be on a large PC)
    3/ If it is so you may use the next solutions
    3.1/ Add next lines of css on your Products Widget -> Advanced Tab -> XStore Custom CSS -> https://prnt.sc/9BSn69hsUR_s (you will have images not stretched but max-sized due to column)

    selector .content-product .product-content-image img {
    width: auto;
    }

    3.2/ Or you may disable global option of stretching product images -> Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Products Style -> https://prnt.sc/sMXZVvMN5P7l
    I hope you can find the right solution for your case from the provided two above 🙂
