I’ve suggested you contact WC support based on the text of the error. Have you contacted them?
We are able to help in case problems are related to our theme functionality only.
It can be a conflict WC with a third party plugin or something else, so while you are waiting for a reply from WC support, try to disable all third-party plugins and check how it works then.
Check the server error log also.
Our technician team will be available from Tuesday, due to the weekend, if you still need assistance, provide temporary FTP access then.

Hello Rose . No way for me . Please help .
It is more than a month that i purchased this theme but i can’t use it and it makes it difficult to recommend .
Please help me cuz my business is down without this website. WordPress and woocommerce support have not assisted me .
Please log in wit my credentials and cancel whatever it will take to activate this theme and start using my website .
Please Rose i am crying . Please what do you need for this ? Help me please

We need FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port to be able to connect via FileZilla

I do not use filezilla but ionos.com . Must i use filezilla for the theme to work ? if yes i agree that you use my hosting credentials to create . Thanks

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider (ionos.com or which one you use) and ask to provide you FTP host, FTP username and FTP password. We need it to connect to your server using FTP client.
