Hi,
I downloaded WooCommerce’s Variation Swatches & Photos plugin, and everything works besides when I press on “reset selection.” Nothing happens when you click it. It should clear the selection and show the original photo of the product. I’ve contacted WooCommerce and they tested it and showed me that it is indeed theme related. Can you please advise on how to correct it?

Sure. It’s included in the private content!
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry, but still password is incorrect.
Please reset it to the one without special symbols.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Hi there,
I apologize. I redid it, so hopefully now it’ll work!
Thank you.
Hello,
Please give us FTP credentials as well.
Thank you.

It’s included below.
Quick remark – this is a test server. Please let me know what it is you have done to fix it, that way I can re-apply that when I transfer this to the permanent domain.
Hello,
Please ask Woocommerce support to provide you with the hook which is used for this option and we’ll include it in our theme.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
I finally got a response. Here is what they said:
“I don’t understand what you mean by “hook” in this context – there is no hook. When the “Reset selection” link is pressed, it is handled by JavaScript – you can see this in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-variation-swatches-and-photos/assets/js/swatches-and-photos.js beginning on line 37.”
Please let me know what it is that you change so when I update the theme and/or WooCommerce, I will be able to reapply those changes!
Hello,
Sorry for a delay.
We use zooming for images and theme files contains code to update images only when reseting default variations. But the plugin doesn’t have such update for our functionality. So you have to disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page if you want to make reset work.
