Hi,
Ever since we ran an update we have not been receiving new customer order emails and other email notifications.
I asked my hosting provider to check mail logs on a server why emails can’t be sent and they said there is no errors and everything is fine on their end.
I also deleted the woo commerce folder in my themes folder..still no solution.
Can you please HELP asap !!!

Please try to deactivate 3-rd party plugins and then check email notifications.

I deactivated all 3rd party plugins and still no luck….. no email notifications from woo commerce. Please i need to fix this urgently.

Unfortunately the same problem persists wit default woocommerce theme Storefront. In this case you need to contact woocommerce support team to investigate the issue.
Regarding the contact form it works properly if “SendGrid” plugin is disabled.
