I got this error while updating the mentioned plugin, Any Idea how Can I solve that? Am sure that the code is correct.

Hello,

1) Don’t send private information like your code in the public message. Use the Private area for this!
2) Are you trying to activate bundled plugin using theme purchase code? It does not work this way. Please, read the documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/38-activation-and-purchase-codes

Besides, do you use the functionality of this plugin? Because if you don’t use that then don’t keep it enabled. Every additional plugin slows down the site.
