Woocommerce drop downs for product attributes not showing

Hi,

I have started adding a few variable products to wooommerce but when I publish them only 1 out of the 2 drop downs where you choose the product variations is showing

I have spent the afternoon reading the forum and changing things like the woocommerce file in themes/legenda and updating to the latest version of VC and deleted/reinstalled woocommerce 2.4.6 but the problem still persists.

I have disabled all plugins but this has no effect either

When you save the variations the “save changes” button remains dark blue as though it’s still pressed or loading the attributes but it never finishes the load or returns to it’s normal state/colour

Could you please let me know what is going wrong.
