WooCommerce – cost for the shipment z

    Hi there,
    Ive got a two method for my shipment zone but some of my products allow only one of these two methods. I add shipment class for those products and then add cost of the one method. But… When customer buy one of these products, he can choose what shipment method he wants.
    What can I do if I want to “delete’ one of the shipment zone method from this particular products?

    Hello,

    Our theme does not have any options for the shipping. Settings you are talking about are WooCommerce plugin settings, so contact WooCommerce plugin support to get help with this. We are theme support and are able to help you only with issues related strictly to theme options.

    Hi, I’ve got reply from woo commerce:

    “In that case, you are a customer of Envato. We sell our products at WooCommerce.com, please note that WooCommerce itself is an open source software for which anyone can make a theme or plugin and sell it anywhere, You could contact the theme author whose contact should be on the product page.”

    Im not paying, so I can’t get answer…

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and test if you have the same problem with the default theme. Reply back in case this issue appears only when our theme is activated.
    You bought our theme and you are a customer of the Envato but if you found issue with some default WooCommerce option and if problem appears even when the default theme is activated WC plugin support should be able to help https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ Did you post the question there or used contact form on the WC official site?
