This is something I came across by accident. Here are the steps I took:

    1. Buy any product = shows up fine in the cart and checkout
    2. If all (!) the products are removed from the basket page (or the shopping bag icon) than anything else you will buy will not display on the basket page.
    3. Empty cache and it works fine, but this isn’t a solution.

Was wondering if any of our settings is incorrect or this is a WC bug?

Any questions, please let me know.

    Regards,
    George

    Hello,

I checked your site and didn’t see any issues: I removed current item from the cart and then added other product. It was shown on Cart page successfully.

Also we suggest you to update the theme and plugins as you’re using old versions.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Dear Eva,

Thank you for your quick support.

I wish it would be the same on my end 😉 Unfortunately the issue still persists. Regarding the updates, most of them are up-to-date. Will update the other ones shortly …

Screets Live Chat v 2.0.1 – we have 1.5, but shouldn’t affect anything
YITH WooCommerce Wishlist v 2.0.10 – this is out of date, but you haven’t uploaded the 2.0.13
Essential Grid v 2.0.9.1 – 2.0.9 what will need update
    Master Slider v 2.25.4 – up-to-date
    Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer v 3.15.2 – up-to-date
    Visual Composer v 4.10 – up-to-date
    Revolution Slider v 5.1.6 – up-to-date
    Classico Theme 1.5 – up-to-date
    Woocommerce 2.5.2 – up-to-date

Removed the W3 Total Cache plugin – what I thought I used on another demo site – and now it does work fine. It does look like de-activiting the plugin didn’t completely do it, so had to remove it.

    Kind Regards,
    George

Please mark this as solved. (PS: can the topic owner mark a ticket as ‘solved’?, if so how? 🙂 might be missing something very obvious).
