    Hi,

In the woocommerce settings I added:

    – show sho with categories
    – show subcategory

I have created the following categories:

    1. Page = Shop (= Winkel in dutch)
    2. On that page you see the category ‘iPhone’ -> Now I would like to go to the next (sub)category, called ‘iPhone 4/iPhone 4s’.
    3. When I see the category ‘iPhone 4/iPhone 4s’ I would like to click on that category and see the products.

Unfortunately, when clicking on category ‘iPhone’ I get 1 product, not a subcategory.

    What am I doing wrong?

It looks like my woocommerce and products/category settings are okay, but apparently I am doing something wrong.

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hello,

    I’ve removed the shortcode [product_category category="iPhone 5/5s" per_page="12" columns="4" orderby="price" order="asc"] you added to your Shop page.
Now clear browser cache and check it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

You are a Saint! I added the shortcode to test stuff and forgot to remove it. Yesterday I changed the subcategories as my customer indicated this and after those changes, the shop did not function anymore.

Did you only remove the shortcode and nothing else? So simple….

    Thank you very much!

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hello,

Yes, I just removed the shortcode. That’s all.

    You’re welcome.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
