    Hello,

We’re currently having two issues using your theme.

    1. Our WooCommerce products are showing multiple of the featured image in the image gallery area. Instead of showing the different product gallery images it just shows the featured image over and over again.
    2. When using the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On we get the following error within the private content.

Can you help me fix both of these errors? I’ve tried disabling other plugins and switching to a base theme and everything is pointing to the WooPress theme being the issue.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private content, so we could check the problem more deeply.
    2. Sorry, but we can’t advise you concerning Gravity Forms plugin as this is a third-party plugin and wasn’t used with our theme.

    Regards

They looked fixed now. Can you tell me what you did to fix those? We work on a dev/test/live environment and I’d like to know how to recreate it on our live environment if there were any database changes.

    Thanks!

To solve the problem you need to change any option and save Theme Options settings and repeat these steps.

    Regards
