Keep getting white page for some customers when click check out and some customers get to checkout page but the paypal area is greyed out(not able to click)

Hello,

I don’t see any issues on Checkout page:
http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0315/h_1458028698_1683732_0c8b510e4f.png and I was redirected to PayPal page successfully.

Try to clear browser cache and check again.

you did not get and error because i had to disable the VC Addons app for the website to work properly

In this case you need increase memory_limit value. Contact your hosting provider support and ask to change value for memory_limit function.

Hello,

https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ is default Woocommerce theme. Install it, activate and check you experience the same issue you described with this theme.
If you do, then the problem is related to Woocommerce plugin.
So please check it.
