    Hello,

Please don’t update Woocommerce. Compatibility of our theme with the plugin will be added in a new theme update.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

You are right. If you have already updated it, please, downgrade WC plugin version or wait for the next theme update.
Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

I have disabled auto update via wp-config file.

Updating to woocommerce 3.0 has messed up my website on the backend, certain features not working after installing earlier version of woocommerce.

    Hello,

In this case, we can’t help and you need to wait for a new theme update.
If you have backup DB and files you can try to restore it.
    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    All restored and working now.

MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA FOR YOU TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOLDING OFF ON UPDATING UNTIL YOU MAKE THE THEME COMPATIBLE.

    Hello good afternoon all right?

Sorry to publish in this post but I am posting because the same was informed to me a while ago, there is a good time until referring to an update that would be on the subject that it was informed that ETA would be 1 ~ 2 weeks.

To this day I am waiting for this update in the theme, see below the link of the Post where I was talking to a specialist that was guiding me:

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-product-popup-title-after-being-added-to-cart/

I hope this time it is correct to say that there is an update to fix Bugs and Compatibility.

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo Macedo

I also have a broken shop after updating to Woocommerce 3.1 , I found a roll back plugin (WP Rollback) and took it back to woocommerce 2.6.14 and has partially restored the site, except the shop, there are many memory pool errors ‘Unable to allocate memory for pool. ‘ you can see here: http://werone.co/shop as I have the debug on. Can you tell me which version of woo commerce I should be running? I may be able to roll back to another version.

Is there anything that you can advise on the Memory pool problem, is this a chmod issue? if so which file needs write privalidges? Any other clues you can give?

    Many Thanks

    Kybalio

    Hello,

    You can use WooCommerce: 2.6.14.
Soon we will realize new themes version that will be compatible with new Woocommerce.
Please check if the Memory pool problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
