    Hi,

why did you lock the thread?

Anyway. It is the same using the original theme. It is now active. Test it again please.

    a) Clear the cart
    b) Navigate to a product
    c) Add product to cart
    d) Proceed directly to checkout
    e) The warning msg is still there

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I just updated Legenda, fetching the latest version from ThemeForest.

The warning message still pops up.

The child theme is inactive atm.

Edit for reference: the warning msg is identical: http://imgur.com/PCFEluH

    Hello,

This problem extends from the WooCommerce plugin (wp-content/plugins/woocommerce).
You need to contact with WooCommerce support team and their specialists will look at this issue more deeply.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi Robert,

mh. I guess the latest update caused some stress. I don’t see how a ticket at WooCommerce regarding the named Legenda<->WooCommerce issue would lead to a fast solution regarding this issue.

I’ll wait until after the weekend and hope your team will sort things out.

Best of luck, best regards & godspeed,

    Hi Robert,

is there a fix for this meanwhile?

Were you able to reproduce the error with the previously posted procedure?

It’s not very plausible to me that it’s a WooCommerce problem because a huge number of users would have reported this.

Anyway, sadly I can’t open a ticket over at WooCommerce because I didn’t buy any WooCommerce product before which is required for ticket support.

    Best regards,

    Hi Eva,

    I looked over here. https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203112147-How-to-Get-Help

The site states I need to buy a WooTheme product to submit a ticket.

    The community forum looks abandoned:
