Can you, please, provide me temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check what error you got and fix it if the problem is related to our theme? Before providing access make sure that your PHP memory limit is no less than 128MB.
It seems to me that your template does not need to create a woocommerce account, because it is already configured. What I did is go to woocommerce.com and open an account with the following information:
As of that I did that the web was shut up.

Your issue was caused by old version of WooZone plugin, we have updated this bundled plugin and everything is ok. But seems that you don’t use this plugin, so why are you keeping it enabled? We would recommend to keep enabled only plugins that you use and disable all the other because every additional plugin slows down your site.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
