    Hello,

I hope that you are doing well, I have a problem I’m using woocommerce membership plugin, the problem is that a message need to be showed in the product page like this: https://ibb.co/gVwDkmK and don’t show up normally just putting it in the plugin should show in the product page: https://ibb.co/c3bh3Yq.

I thought that the problem is from the plugin but no, the other fonctions of the plugin are working only the message is not showing up the product page, I have coded the message with javascript and even with this it’s not working.

Please help me to make the message show in my product pages, think the problem is from the x theme.

    Thank you,

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with link to that product and describe in detail your actions to get that message.
    2) Provide us with FTP access to your site. You use a single product builder and that could be the reason of the issue. Because probably plugin uses some WooCommerce hooks that are missing for the single product builder. Or switch to the built-in layout instead of the single builder.

    Regards

    Hello,

You provided WP Dashboard access only. But we need also FTP access to check the compatibility of the mentioned plugin with the single product builder. The message displays if built-in layout used https://prnt.sc/26r90z2
So, provide us with FTP access. If you don’t know what FTP is then contact your hosting provider. They will be able to give you FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass. We’ll be able to proceed only after that.

    Regards
