Woo Comerce xml not working - by estudiocriativo

Hy guys, i’m from Brazil.

I’ve buy and using ID Sotre and the IDStore_woo_commerce_data.xml is not working. The file haven’t import from any navigator.

That’s how my store pages are loogking like: http://estudiocriativo.com.br/petalas/finalizar-compra/

Hello,

Are you trying to import demo products?
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

I’m can’t import the woo_commerce.xml the names with the theme.

My problem is the Checkout, cart and others store pages, is totally ugly and without any style, could you see it? http://estudiocriativo.com.br/petalas/finalizar-compra/

To view Cart page we need to add product to the cart, but I don’t see products on your site.
Please give us WP Dashboard credentials too.

Please disable the restriction.
Also FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.

I’ve renamed old theme folder to “idstore_old” and uploaded new “idstore” folder in wp-content/themes directory. Please check Cart and Checkout pages now.

i’ve copy and paste the exactly same theme that you fix on the right website: petalascosmeticos.com.br
and i’m having the same problem on the cart and checkout page without style!
